Of gyming and clowns...
Keep still, breathe deeply, concentrate on the quiet.
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
Is there a voice speaking to you?
What is it saying?
Do you ever take the words seriously?
Since taking my leave from SRJC, i have tried my best to keep in touch with my classmates/schoolmates or rather, my kakees :) Through making phone calls, chatting on the net and going out together, etc.
Gyming is part of the going out espect. Which lead me to meet Siya to go to the Hougang gym on thursday morning aka today...for a stretch of running and lifting weights...whatever one does at a gym.
Here's the intersting stuff that took place :
*A very buff guy struck up a conversation with us about self-defence. Coz her over heard me talking to Siya about my taekwondo trainings and the up and coming grading. He gave us some tips on how to defend outselves if we were ever in the position of having to defend ourselves from a dangerous attacker (aka a bozo who wants our cash and has a knife). I personally was very scared after hearing the stuff he mentioned with regards to being in a real fight with blood going all over the place and people ending up in hospital. *goose-bumps*
I guess that its important that we know how to defend ourselves because the world is not as nice as i would like it to be. There are those who would do anything to get money or what have you and i can't always rely on the police can i?
*Met Zhi Rong at the ground floor of the gym building. He's just finished his prelims and played badminton with his friends at the badminton hall next door to the gym. He really made my day~ Why? Well, Zhi Rong asked me how the prelims were.
YEAH!!!!! He thought that i am in still in JC!!!!! I love being young man!!!!!!....den again, now that he knows my age, got no more kick liao....but still....he thought that i was his age!!!! Buaha haa !!! XD

The BBC just aired a story in relationt o those who have an intense dislike for clowns. Clowns? Yes clowns.
I suppose you could say that i am one of those people who do not like clowns, thankfully i am not at that stage where i would have a phobia of them.
I just don like being too near clowns or anything that looks like a clown...*goose bumps again*.
To everyone who just finished, or has finished their prelims:
Congrats! You've gotten over a high-chair!
Continue to study hard and dedicate as much of your time as possible to getting really prepared for the A's.
There will always be time, its just a matter of how you intend to spend it.
I will be here if you need help in prayers or in subjects...as long as they are not anything to do with science, i will do my best to help you :)
